NWA has supplied documentation and training personnel resources to a number of public and private sector organisations. These have included companies within the financial, medical, health, engineering, energy and IT industries.

We have described below some examples of work we have recently undertaken:

International Engineering Group

Following a successful bid process, NWA was invited to provide a team of experienced technical authors to review, rewrite and standardise the company's procedures, working practices and job descriptions. The team is working closely with the client to define and produce a new set of procedures to meet Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and audit requirements.   

Major Construction Group

NWA has supplied experienced bid writers to this organisation for the past three years. The personnel supplied have contributed significantly to major bids and these have included tender submissions, ITTs, PQQs and RFIs.

Leading Property Management Company

NWA supplied experienced process analysis personnel who analysed and documented business processes in shopping centres belonging to this major property company. The documentation was used for process standardisation, improvement & training.    

Major Australian Bank

Based in London, the bank was required to implement process and procedures documentation for its trading room activities. These included correct operating procedures for traders and covered important issues such as business compliance and Sarbanes Oxley. NWA supplied a team of financial technical authors to produce process flows and procedures to very strict deadlines.  

NWA is currently a supplier to several NHS projects that are linked to the government targets for improvements to the Service, including reducing waiting lists and patient choice. NWA was selected to provide personnel to produce critical documentation and reporting on various aspects of each project that would ultimately be presented as statistical information for HM Government.  

Information Technology

NWA has supplied specialist technical authors to major IT software companies. The documentation required covers a range of software user guides and online Help for complex software products. The authors work closely with development personnel to produce functional specifications often to API level. This requires the authors to possess a higher level of technical   skills.          

Multinational Insurance Company

NWA has supplied bid writing staff to this organisation over the past three years. The writers were able to grasp the technical nature of insurance terminology and provide end users and customers with easy to understand factual information. In most cases the end results provided the company with winning proposals.

Multinational IT Services Group

NWA supplied technical authors and training consultants to this organisation to facilitate the training of users of Oracle Financials in locations across Europe. The contract staff supplied worked to very strict deadlines and were mobilised quickly to meet the exacting requirements of our client.  

Education Trust  

NWA was retained by this organisation to assist in developing their process and procedural requirements for their Payroll,   HR and Finance departments. This was of major importance to the Trust's compliance for auditing purposes and to ensure that all essential processes were in place and met the Education industry standards.

Management Consultancy

NWA is a preferred partner to this international Management Consultancy and provides specialist technical authors for government and defence projects. These projects range from procedures and working practices to training materials through to developing web site content.
